Second Iteration All CMG Stream positions unfilled after the first iteration will be blended into a single stream for the second iteration.
These positions will be open to unmatched CMGs/USMGs/IMGs, and physicians currently in training or in practice, who meet University of Saskatchewan eligibility criteria as well as program specific criteria as outlined in individual program descriptions.

Resident Boot Camp All matched applicants must attend a three-day Resident Boot Camp in late June.
The purpose of the Boot Camp is to provide additional support to trainees as they transition to residency by introducing and consolidating baseline skills and knowledge needed to flourish during their residency years.
Graduates from US osteopathic medical schools are eligible to apply under the same criteria as IMGs.

Failure to meet or provide proof of any of the stated requirements or documents may result in an applicant’s file not being reviewed or ranked.
Positions in the first iteration are not open to: i) VISA students; ii) applicants who have previous post-graduate training in the US or Canada; iii) licensed physicians who wish to re-train in a different discipline.
